Lisa Mouncey

Everyday images of life in the suburbs are transformed into humorous yet beautiful parodies of the dining services of the 18th and 19th century when decadence in the dining room was the zeitgeist.

Whether you wish to eat off them or hang them on your wall these ceramics echo the sentiment that functional objects should be a beautiful and individual piece of art.

Each piece is hand-printed and hand placed on to fine bone china dinnerware making each work individual.
